News : Dept of Psychology students video clip is selected as one of the top five entries in NIMHANS mental health campaign competition

The Dept of Psychology students participated in the NIMHANS mental health campaign competitions which included creating a  video clip  on mental health awareness. The video clip  titled "Its never too late" focussed on the true story of a maid struggling for the mental health treatment of her husband and was selected as the top five entries in the national level competition. The students Adarsh Charles, Advait Gupte, Apoorva Mukherjee, Janice Ganatra, Mansi Aggarwal, Saumya Singh, Aahan Bagdai and Snighda Nair contributed, acted and edited the video under the guidance of Asst Prof Ms Parisha Jijina. The students of our Dept. also took part in the suicide prevention campaign of NIMHANS mental health campaign competitions and their campaign had a Special mention in the results. The students who worked in the suicide prevention campaign were Anushka Dhillon, Nisha Matani, Sofiya Menon, Neetu Thomas, Janhvi Chaudhari, Deepti Verma, Dhrashti Tolia, Lekha Amin, Trina Majumdar and Aditi Dasgupta under the guidance of Asst Prof Dr Priyanka Behrani.
