About Department

The Department of Applied Mathematics at Polytechnic, The M.S. University of Baroda, Vadodara -390002, was established in the year 1956. As it is obvious that no branch of Engineering can exist independently without Mathematics. The Applied Mathematics Department at Polytechnic has its own importance. The Department has been imparting Mathematical education to various branches of Diploma as well as to Extended Diploma Students. The main strength of the Department is its well-qualified and experienced faculties. The Department from time to time has done the required changes in the syllabus.
