1. Applicants seeking admission for M.V.A in Applied Arts (Visualisation/Illustration) Programme require BVA Degree either from this Faculty or qualification with the same specifications from an institution recognized by The M.S. University of Baroda, as a full time student.

6. Applicants must submit their brief statement on the work with intent for higher study in 250 words along with certified portfolio along with APPICATION FORM. It is desirable to maintain and produce portfolio of work in support of the applicants interest.
7. Shortlisted    Applied Arts candidates should remain present for the online/offline Entrance Test. Candidates are required to produce portfolio of work during the interview.
8. The final selection is subject to the candidates aptitude and excellence in entrance test and personal interview. Candidates whose results of qualifying examinations are awaited may submit the form and appear for the Aptitude Test provisionally.  Their admissions, however can be confirmed only after they have passed the requisite qualifying examination before beginnings of the Classes in the Faculty.
9. After completing ONLINE submission all candidates must submit their hardcopy (printed) application forms along with all the necessary documents to:

 THE HARDCOPY APPLICATION SHOULD REACH THE OFFICE NO LATER THAN 4th August, 2020. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED.
The copies of following documents should be attached with hard copy of the application. If the applicant fails to attach the required certificates/documentation, the application will be rejected.

    i. 10th marksheet and passing certificate/Credit Certificate.
    ii. 12th marksheet and passing certificate/Credit Certificate.
    iii. School Leaving Certificate.
    iv. Attempt Certificate (if any).
    v. BVA Certificate.
    vi. Caste Certificate (only for Gujarat – Reserved category)
    vii. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
   viii. Certificate of last appearing examination if other than above
    IX. Adhar Card
