• On May 6, 2025, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda organized a workshop titled "Use of Artificial Intelligence for Administrative Work for Non-Teaching Staff" at Gargi Sabhagarh.
• The event featured Mr. Viral Kapadia, Deputy Director of the Computer Centre at MSU, as the keynote speaker. Distinguished attendees included Prof. K.M. Chudasama, Registrar (Officiating); Prof.(Dr.) Bhavna Mehta, Director of IQAC; and Mr. Jignesh Patel, Deputy Registrar of the Academic Section.
• The workshop proved to be highly beneficial for participants, offering practical insights into the integration of AI tools to enhance daily administrative tasks. By leveraging AI technologies, administrative staff can automate routine processes such as scheduling, data management, and document processing, leading to increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Furthermore, AI applications can assist in streamlining communication, facilitating decision-making, and reducing the likelihood of human error, thereby improving overall productivity in administrative operations. The workshop was attended by 85 members from the head office of MSU.
